• Pick up all dog droppings every time, no exceptions
• Do not leave your pet tied up for a extended time period
• (pet Xpo) Medicated dog treats are sold to reduce acid in dog urine, these treats are easy to find
  and inexpensive, they save on grass repairs. Extensive grass repairs due to pets will be charged back
  to the resident.
• Noise complaints are taken seriously, too many complaints we will ask that the pet be removed from the premises
• Cat owners, clean litter box regularly

Remember the number one reason for town home/carpet damage is due to pets; be prepared to pay for pet related damages.
